Scheduled Checks

Quratic runs your prompts automatically on a schedule. This page explains how the scheduling system works and how to manage your check budget.

One check = one prompt × one AI model × one run.

Running a prompt against 3 active models = 3 checks per run.

Cadence applies to all prompts in an organization. You cannot set different cadences for individual prompts.

Your plan includes a set number of checks per month. If you reach your limit before the month ends, scheduled checks pause until the next billing cycle.

Individual prompts can be deactivated from the Prompts page. Inactive prompts do not run on schedule and do not consume checks. Reactivate them at any time.

How checks are distributed across the month

Section titled “How checks are distributed across the month”

Quratic spreads scheduled runs across the billing period. For a weekly cadence:

  • 4–5 runs per prompt per month
  • Runs are evenly spaced (approximately every 7 days)

For daily cadence:

  • ~30 runs per prompt per month
  • One run per prompt per calendar day
