How many clients can I track?
Section titled “How many clients can I track?”Agency Starter supports 5 client projects; Agency Growth and Pro support 10. Each project tracks one client brand. If you need more, contact support.
Can clients log in and view their own data?
Section titled “Can clients log in and view their own data?”Yes. Invite the client as an organization member with Read access to their project only. They will see only their brand’s data in the dashboard — no other clients are visible to them.
Does my client need a separate Quratic account?
Section titled “Does my client need a separate Quratic account?”No. They join your organization via an email invite. Their login shows only the projects you have granted them access to.
Can I have separate billing for each client?
Section titled “Can I have separate billing for each client?”No. All client projects are billed under one organization subscription. There is no per-client sub-billing within Quratic.
Can I white-label the dashboard (not just PDFs)?
Section titled “Can I white-label the dashboard (not just PDFs)?”The in-app dashboard always shows the Quratic branding. White-label applies to PDF report exports only. For a white-labeled live dashboard experience, use the Looker Studio connector and apply your own branding there.
How do I stop tracking a client when they churn?
Section titled “How do I stop tracking a client when they churn?”Deactivate all prompts in their project to stop consuming checks immediately. You can keep the project and its historical data until you are ready to delete it. Contact support to permanently delete a project.
Can I give different team members different levels of access?
Section titled “Can I give different team members different levels of access?”Yes. Per-project permissions let you assign Read, Create, Update, and Delete access separately per project per member. See Team & Project Permissions.
Is there a limit to how many competitors I can track per client?
Section titled “Is there a limit to how many competitors I can track per client?”Yes — 10 competitors on Agency Starter, 20 on Agency Growth, and 30 on Agency Pro.
How do I export data for a specific client?

Does Quratic support API access for agencies?

What markets are supported?
