Multi-Market Client Tracking

Many agency clients operate across multiple Asia-Pacific markets. Quratic lets you track each client’s AI visibility market-by-market within a single project, so you can compare performance and report by country.

Each project can track a set number of markets depending on the plan:

PlanMarkets per project
Agency Starter3
Agency Growth3
Agency Pro3

If a client needs more than 3 markets, contact support to discuss options.

Enable the client’s markets in Project settings → Active markets, then for each market create market-specific versions of their core prompts:

  1. Go to Prompts for the client’s project
  2. Add the prompt in the primary market language first
  3. Click the prompt’s action menu → Copy to market
  4. Select the additional target market
  5. Adjust the prompt language if needed (e.g. English → Bahasa Malaysia)

The Markets page (in the sidebar) shows visibility by market for the active client project. Use the date filter to see trends over time.

For reporting to clients, export the Markets view data via CSV or include it in your Looker Studio dashboard.

Not all AI models are available in all countries. Some models are geo-blocked for certain markets. When you enable a model for a country that does not support it, Quratic shows a geo-block warning in Project settings → Active AI models.

Review model availability per market in Supported AI Models.
