Supported AI Models

Quratic tracks brand mentions across the major AI platforms used in Asia-Pacific markets. Each model is accessed via a real browser session, not an API.

Active model limits by plan: Trial and Starter can activate 1–2 models per prompt. Growth allows 3. Pro allows 6. Advanced and Agency plans allow all 7 models simultaneously.

Quratic submits your prompt to each active model separately. Each model check:

  • Runs from the country assigned to the prompt
  • Uses a fresh browser session
  • Records the complete response

One check = one prompt × one model × one run.

ChatGPT’s web-browsing mode may include links to sources. Citations are counted when ChatGPT links to your domain in the response. Citation behaviour varies depending on whether the browsing feature is active.

Perplexity is citation-heavy by design — it typically includes numbered source links in every response. Citation rate tends to be higher on Perplexity than other models.

These are accessed via a real Google search session. Results are location-sensitive: a search from Singapore may show different AI-generated content than the same search from Japan.

Gemini is accessed as a standalone chat product. It may behave differently from Google AI Mode even for similar queries.

Claude tends to be more cautious about recommending specific brands. Share of voice scores are often lower on Claude than on ChatGPT or Perplexity for the same prompts — this is expected behaviour, not an error.
