What happens if you reach the seat limit

| Agency Pro | 30 |
Seat vs. project access
Section titled “Seat vs. project access”Having a seat in the organization does not automatically give access to all client projects. Members must be assigned permissions per project by an owner. A seat is just the right to be in the organization.
Prorated billing on upgrade
Section titled “Prorated billing on upgrade”When you upgrade mid-cycle, Quratic charges the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Your new plan limits take effect immediately.
Downgrade behaviour
Section titled “Downgrade behaviour”When you downgrade, the lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If your current usage (projects, prompts, seats) exceeds the lower plan’s limits, you will need to reduce usage before or after the downgrade.
A free trial with 1 project, 5 prompts, 1 market, 1 model, and 1 seat is available before choosing a paid plan. Trial data is retained when you upgrade.
